A machine that can meet the needs of coffee specialists, while at the same time
arousing the interest of every barista. The E71E is designed for those who do not accept compromises on the coffee that they want to offer their customers and for those who do not renounce manual skills and want to interact simply and immediately with the machine.
 
The new design of the groups is the essence of the machine

The new design of the groups is the point at which the barista’s ideas meet the mechanics of the new E71E. Thanks to the independent groups, the E71E can manage different coffee varieties, respecting the specific temperatures of each one for optimal extraction. Additionally, the hydraulic circuit with a GTi control system guarantees perfect management of coffee infusion times: a perfect combination for simultaneously ensuring high thermal stability and enhancement of each coffee’s sensory profile.
 

 

Little touches that make E71E truly unique

E71E has been designed to enhance the talent and creativity of every barista, thanks to its advanced mechanics and its intelligent interface. 
 
The ergonomic and intuitive display, one for each group, makes the interaction with E71E even easier. The OLED displays show the group temperature as well as the infusion and delivery time.
 
The new, redesigned handles are designed to offer maximum ergonomics and comfort. In addition, optional new filter holders in the naked and double shot versions will be available, perfectly illustrating the evolution of the extraction method and the experience that the E71E offers baristas.
 
The steam lances have been redesigned to improve the ergonomics of the machine and simplify the work of the barman. Their length has been increased to allow baristas to work with larger milk jugs, while cold touch technology makes the wand grip more ergonomic and secure and facilitates cleaning after use. The articulated wands allow baristas to work in their preferred position with maximum visibility, ensuring perfect frothing every time. For the new Faema E71E, long, articulated coldtouch steam wands have been designed to improve the machine’s ergonomics and simplify the barista’s work.

The new removable Competition Faema showers, supported by screws to simplify the removal and improve the daily cleaning operations, eliminate the risk of damaging the gaskets.  

With this machine, for which for which customizations options are also available, the charm of tradition has found a new shape, guaranteeing a place of honor in the world of coffee.
