Ingredients
- 900 ml cold brew
- curcuma ginger tea*
- 50 ml passionfruit syrup
- 50 ml lime juice
- 15 g curcuma
Instructions
- Mix the cold brew curcuma ginger tea with the rest of the ingredients
- Pour through the iSi funnel & sieve into the iSi Nitro Whip
- Charge with one iSi Nitro Charger
- Shake 8 x and pour straight into a glass
* Basic cold brew tea recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 L water
- 8 tea bags / 16–20 g loose tea
Preparation:
- Add the tea to 250 ml of boiling water and depending on the type of tea, leave to brew for 5–10 minutes
- Take out the tea bags or strain if using loose tea leaves and top up the hot tea with 750 ml of cold water
- Leave to cool for at least 1 hour
